    • A phase 1 trade deal between the U.S. and China helped propel the markets to new all-time highs during the week. In addition, a resounding conservative victory in the UK gives much needed clarity to the Brexit process. The fed has also signaled interest rates will be on hold for the time being as inflation remains under control.
    • Spreads narrowed during the week as PACB rebounded although the average annualized rate increased as closing time frames were revised.
