LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. and Valent BioSciences LLC announced today that Pace International LLC (Pace) and its operations overseas will become part of AgroFresh Solutions, Inc., a well-established leader in the postharvest solutions space.
