(NYSE: RPT, “RPT” or the “Company”) announced today that its 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series C Preferred Stock”) has been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “RPT PRC”. Trading is expected to commence on March 12, 2025.
