Shares of Hawaiian Holdings were soaring after the Justice Department ended its review of the company’s merger with Alaska Air without challenging the deal. It still needs approval from the U.S. Department of Transportation. Hawaiian stock was up 11% to $17.68 in premarket trading Tuesday, while Alaska shares rose 1.7% to $35.55.
